We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring that our HR practices drive employee engagement, support organizational growth, and foster a high-performance culture. This position is based in our main office and involves close collaboration with both the HR team and other business units.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to identify and address talent needs, provide coaching and guidance, and implement HR initiatives that contribute to our company's success. You will play a pivotal role in workforce planning, employee relations, and driving organizational change. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You should have a proven track record of building trust and influencing at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training, development, and retention programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
